Over 20 years of experience
natural remedies and growing
organic food
Rushka Johnson is a nutritional coach with over 20 years of hands-on experience in natural health, food systems, and human wellbeing.
Her journey began with the study and preparation of herbal remedies, followed by many years of growing and supplying organic food., as well as creating awareness around the effects of chemical agriculture.
This practical foundation led to a deeper investigation into the effects of industrial agriculture, herbicides, and pesticides — not only on the environment, but on the human body.

A decade in Fitness Coaching

food first
sustainable lifestyle

Her approach is food-first, honest, and realistic — focusing on whole foods, traditional wisdom, and sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes or extreme protocols.

nourish and heal
